COD Eligibility:
- COD is available for orders within India only.
- COD is applicable to orders with a total value less than Rs 49000.
Advance Booking Amount:
- For orders below Rs 3000, an advance booking amount of Rs 300 is required.
- For orders under Rs 3000 to Rs 8000, an advance booking amount of Rs 500 is required.
- For orders valued from Rs 8000 to Rs 49000, the buyer will pay an advance of 20% of the total order value.
Payment Method for Advance Booking:
Advance booking amount can be paid via Google Pay, PhonePe (Number: 9906104663), UPI QR Code, or Net Banking.
Reason for Advance Booking:
The advance booking amount is necessary to cover courier charges in case the buyer refuses to accept the parcel upon delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Process:
The remaining balance of your order can be paid via Cash on Delivery at the time of delivery.
Refusal of Parcel:
In case the buyer refuses to accept the parcel upon delivery, the advance booking amount will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Advance booking amounts for canceled orders will be refunded.
Delivery Timeframe:
We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe mentioned during checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
