✅ COD Eligibility
Available for delivery within India only.
COD is applicable on orders valued below ₹29,000.
COD may not be available on certain high-value, fragile, or imported items. In such cases, 100% advance payment will be required and will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
💰 Advance Booking Amount (Partial Prepayment)
To confirm your COD order and minimize the risk of returns or rejections, we require a small advance amount based on your total order value:

📦 Why We Require an Advance Payment
The advance booking amount helps us cover the logistics cost in case a customer refuses to accept the parcel. This system ensures responsible ordering and helps us maintain low prices for all our customers.
🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Process
Once the advance payment is received, your order is confirmed.
The remaining balance of the product amount will be collected by the delivery agent at the time of delivery in cash only (unless otherwise mentioned).
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
❌ Refusal of Parcel or Return to Origin (RTO)
If the buyer refuses to accept the parcel, the advance booking amount will not be refunded as it covers handling and courier expenses.
🔄 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
In such cases, the advance booking amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
⏱ Delivery Timeframe
We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery window mentioned at checkout.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to operational, courier, or regional constraints.
⚠️ Important Notes
Certain electronic parts, high-value products, and special-order items are not eligible for COD. These products require 100% advance payment due to supplier policies or shipping constraints.
You will be informed at the time of order if COD is not available for the selected product.
