At PartsGuru.in, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility:
To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:
Return Request within 24 Hours:
Customers must inform us about any return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for return.
Send Package Images Before Return:
Before initiating a return, clear images of the package and product must be sent to our WhatsApp support number.
This helps us verify the condition and process your return smoothly.
No Return for Damaged or Tampered Items:
If the product or its packaging is found to be physically damaged, tampered, or used, the return will be rejected.
Please ensure the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all accessories and original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Electrical or electronic components are strictly non-returnable.
Products damaged during self-installation or mishandling are also not eligible.
Return Process:
Once approved, the customer will be guided on how to return the item.
Customers must ship the item back using a trusted courier service. (Reverse pickup may be available in selected pin codes.)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or via bank/UPI if paid via COD) within 5–7 working days after return approval.
Important Notes:
Products returned without prior approval or without sending package images will not be accepted.
In case the wrong product is received, please notify us within 24 hours for resolution.
