1. Product Authenticity

All ORVM mirrors sold by PartsGuru for the Hyundai i20 new model are 100% genuine Hyundai OEM parts. Products are supplied in original Hyundai branded packaging with a manufacturer quality seal. Any defective or incorrectly supplied product will be replaced free of charge.

2. Pricing

Listed price: ₹3,999 per piece (GST inclusive). No additional or hidden charges apply to the product. Shipping charges may apply for orders below ₹1,000 (flat ₹99). The listed price is valid for 30 days from the last website update.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) — Terms

• COD is available at most serviceable PIN codes across India.
• The customer must have the exact cash amount ready (₹3,999 per piece + applicable shipping) at the time of delivery.
• Refusing a COD delivery after dispatch without prior cancellation may result in the COD facility being suspended for that account.
• PartsGuru reserves the right to call or message on WhatsApp to verify COD orders before dispatch.
• For remote areas or first-time COD orders, order confirmation via WhatsApp may be required.
• Partial payment at delivery is not accepted. The full invoice amount must be paid on receipt.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days pan-India (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000. Orders below ₹1,000: ₹99 flat shipping charge.
• Mirrors are packed in foam-padded, shock-resistant packaging to prevent transit damage.
• Tracking information shared via WhatsApp or SMS after dispatch.
• Delays caused by courier or logistics issues beyond PartsGuru's control will be communicated promptly.

5. Single Piece Policy

This product is listed and sold as one (1) ORVM mirror per unit — either the left (driver) side or the right (passenger) side. The customer must clearly specify the required side when placing the order. PartsGuru is not responsible for supplying the incorrect side if the customer fails to specify at the time of order.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery provided all of the following conditions are met:

• Product is in original, unused, uninstalled condition.
• Original Hyundai packaging is intact and undamaged.
• No wiring, mounting, or installation work has been carried out on the mirror.
• Proof of order (invoice or order reference) is provided at the time of return request.
• Return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer.

Refund timeline: After return receipt and quality inspection (2–3 business days), refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer — customer must provide bank account or UPI details.

Products found to be defective or incorrectly supplied by PartsGuru will be replaced with full return shipping covered by PartsGuru.

7. Installation Clause

• Installation by a qualified mechanic or auto electrician is recommended.
• The ORVM is plug and play — no wire cutting is required. Attempting to cut or modify existing wiring will void the warranty.
• Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under warranty or the return policy.
• PartsGuru provides free installation guidance via WhatsApp — customers are encouraged to use this service.

8. Warranty

• Duration: 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Covered: Motor failure, wiring harness defect, glass defect due to manufacturing, fold mechanism failure.
• Not Covered: Physical damage (impact, accident), water ingress due to improper fitting, damage from unauthorised modifications, normal wear.
• To initiate a warranty claim, send a photo or video via WhatsApp with your order number. Replacement will be arranged within 3 business days of claim approval.

9. Compatibility Disclaimer

This ORVM is designed for the Hyundai i20 new model (2020–2024). It is not compatible with the older i20 Active, Elite i20, or any other Hyundai model. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm vehicle compatibility before ordering. PartsGuru is not liable for fitment issues arising from an incorrect vehicle or variant.

10. Electrical Safety Disclaimer

This product connects to the vehicle's electrical system. PartsGuru is not liable for electrical damage, fuse blow, or short-circuit resulting from improper installation or use of incompatible wiring. The plug and play design is safe when fitted correctly by a qualified professional.

11. Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch (within 2 hours of order placement): Free cancellation — full refund within 5–7 business days.
• After dispatch: Order cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the return policy upon delivery.

12. Data & Communication

Customer contact details collected at checkout are used exclusively for order fulfilment and after-sales support. Information is not shared with third parties. Promotional messages may be sent via WhatsApp — customers can opt out at any time by sending "STOP".

13. Dispute Resolution

For complaints or disputes, contact PartsGuru via WhatsApp (button above). All disputes will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 7 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

14. Force Majeure

PartsGuru shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, courier disruptions, or network outages. Customers will be notified promptly and may choose a revised delivery date or a full refund.

15. Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order on PartsGuru constitutes the customer's full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If any term is unacceptable, the customer should refrain from placing an order.
