1. Product Authenticity

All clutch sets sold by PartsGuru are 100% genuine OEM-quality parts for the Mahindra XUV300. Products are supplied in original branded packaging. Any defective or non-genuine product will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

2. Pricing & Payment

Product price: ₹3,700 (inclusive of GST). No hidden charges apply. Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking. The listed price is valid for 30 days from the date of last website update.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• COD is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India.
• The exact cash amount (₹3,700 + applicable shipping if below ₹1,000 order value) must be ready at the time of delivery.
• Partial payment or refusal at the door will result in the order being returned. Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being disabled for that account.
• PartsGuru reserves the right to verify the delivery address and customer contact number before dispatching COD orders.
• For remote locations or high-value COD orders, a confirmation call may be made before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery timeline: 3–6 business days pan-India (Sundays and public holidays excluded).
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. Orders below ₹1,000 attract a flat ₹99 shipping charge.
• Products are packed in protective packaging to prevent transit damage.
• Order tracking details shared via SMS and WhatsApp after dispatch.
• Delays caused by courier issues or natural events will be communicated proactively.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be in original, unopened, unused condition in its original packaging.
• No installation, modification, or mechanical work must have been performed on the product.
• Original invoice or order reference must be provided at the time of return request.
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer (typically ₹100–₹200).
• Products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.

Refund Timeline: After receipt and inspection of the returned product (2–3 business days), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) — customer must provide bank details.

Manufacturing defects or wrong products dispatched by PartsGuru will be replaced free of charge including return shipping.

6. Installation Clause

• Clutch replacement requires gearbox removal — professional workshop installation is strongly recommended.

• Installation by an unqualified person is entirely at the customer's risk.
• Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under warranty or return policy.

7. Warranty

• Duration: 12 months from date of purchase.
• Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship — clutch plate friction material failure, pressure plate spring defect, bearing noise or seizure.
• Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation, accident damage, use with a damaged flywheel, oil contamination, overheating due to driving habits.
• To raise a warranty claim, send photographs or a short video to WhatsApp +91 99061 04663 with your order number.

8. Compatibility Disclaimer

This clutch set is specifically designed for the Mahindra XUV300 (2019–2024). Customers are advised to confirm their exact variant (Petrol 1.2T or Diesel 1.5) via WhatsApp before ordering. PartsGuru is not liable for fitment issues arising from incorrect variant information provided by the customer.

9. Vehicle Safety Disclaimer

The clutch is a safety-critical drivetrain component. Always use genuine or OEM-quality parts. Using substandard parts may compromise vehicle control and safety. PartsGuru is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage resulting from the use of parts sold through this platform.

10. Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch (within 2 hours of order placement): Free cancellation. Full refund issued within 5–7 business days.
• After dispatch: Order cannot be cancelled. Customer must follow the return policy upon receipt.

11. Data Privacy

Customer contact details (phone number, address) are used solely for order fulfilment and after-sales support. This information is not shared with third parties. Customers may opt out of promotional SMS by replying "STOP".

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Force Majeure

PartsGuru is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or courier network disruptions. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and may choose between a revised delivery date or a full refund.
